But as a founder myself, I quickly learned what the numbers really mean. When it’s your company, finance isn’t abstract. It’s responsibility. It’s sleepless nights worrying about cash flow, customers who don’t pay on time, and the weight of knowing it all rests on your shoulders.
That experience shaped how I see companies today. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked in SaaS and tech companies of every size, from startups to global organizations with thousands of employees. I’ve sat with the details as controller, created the overview as Head of Finance, and carried the strategic weight as CFO and co-founder.
