I didn’t start Meticq because I loved spreadsheets.
I began my career believing finance was all about numbers – budgets, reconciliations, and balance sheets.
But as a founder myself, I quickly learned the truth: numbers only tell part of the story. When it’s your own company, finance isn’t abstract – it’s responsibility. It’s sleepless nights worrying about cash flow, customers who don’t pay on time, and the weight of knowing it all rests on your shoulders.
That experience shaped how I see business today. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked in SaaS and tech companies of every size – from startups to global organizations with thousands of employees. I’ve been deep in the details as a controller, kept operations steady as a finance leader, and carried the strategic responsibility as a CFO and co-founder.
